Before you start
Use an owner or admin account that can manage the shop, and a Shopify account that can approve the connection. Make sure Shopify is enabled in QRTCG’s Settings → Features. If QRTCG says connections are unavailable in this environment, contact support.
Connect and choose what to sync
- Open Channels → Shopify in QRTCG.
- Under Connect Shopify, enter your store name, its
your-store.myshopify.comaddress, or a link from Shopify admin. Choose Connect Shopify and follow Shopify’s approval flow. A custom storefront domain is not the store’s myshopify address; you can find the latter in Shopify admin under Settings → Domains. - Back in QRTCG, check that the connection says Connected to your store. Open the Settings section.
- Choose your Shopify location and the Cases to sync to Shopify. Review the product and game selections shown in the settings form, along with any other settings your shop needs.
- Choose Save settings. You must save a location before starting sync, and save pending changes before using Sync all.
- Open Sync, check Sync status, and use Sync all when you are ready. Review any sync errors and use the available retry controls if a job needs attention. Check the resulting stock in Shopify before relying on the connection.
Orders and paused sync
The Shopify page has Orders, Sync, Pricing and Settings sections. Shopify sales can be recorded automatically when stock can be matched safely. Review orders that need help in Orders.
If sync is paused, inventory changes still queue, but nothing is pushed until sync resumes. A connected store and a completed sync are separate states; use Sync status to check progress.
Disconnecting
Disconnect stops the QRTCG connection. To remove the app and its permissions from Shopify, uninstall QRTCG in Shopify. The connected-store card includes Open Shopify app settings.
