Inventory and cases

Import inventory from a CSV

Preview a TCGplayer or CardUploader file, resolve rows, and place stock into cases.

Prepare a supported file

Use a TCGplayer MyPricing export or the TCGplayer / CardUploader 18-column import layout. Keep the original column headers and SKU identifiers. QRTCG currently accepts CSV files up to 5 MB and 20,000 data rows. Custom column mapping is not available yet.

Preview, then place inventory

  1. Open Intake and choose its CSV import mode. You need write access to preview a new import.
  2. Choose your CSV file, then Preview CSV. QRTCG parses the file and matches catalog SKUs. Previewing does not add inventory.
  3. Review the preview’s row statuses and quantities. Open Details on a row when you need more information. Use Download report CSV to inspect the report outside QRTCG. If rows are not ready, check their reasons and correct or replace the CSV before starting a new preview; the details view is read-only.
  4. Open Place into cases. Use Split by group to choose One destination case, Game, or Set. Select a Destination case for each group. Add overflow cases or create a new case if the selected destinations do not have enough room.
  5. Review When the CSV has no price and check the prices shown in the preview. Prices used by the import stay manual; the chosen rule applies when a price is missing. Preview the placement and check for missing capacity before committing.
  6. Choose Place import. If the import pauses, use Resume import from its saved progress. Wait for the completion notice before assuming every item has been placed.

Labels, history and undo

Use Print labels for this import after stock has been placed. Only unsold items remaining in the import are available to label.

You can reopen an import from the import history. Undo whole import removes its unsold inventory; sales stay recorded. Undo is available to the uploader for 24 hours after the import completes. Read the confirmation before using it.
