Printing labels

Print labels

Connect a supported NIIMBOT B1 or D110 printer and print card labels from your inventory.

Supported card-label printers

The app’s current printer driver supports these NIIMBOT models and label sizes:

  • NIIMBOT B1: 50 × 30 mm labels.
  • NIIMBOT D110: 14 × 40 mm labels.

Use a browser and device with Web Bluetooth support. If QRTCG shows “Printing isn’t supported on this device”, move to a compatible device before connecting. A working Bluetooth connection in another app does not by itself mean the browser can print.

Connect and print

  1. Turn on the printer, load the correct labels for its model, and keep it near your device.
  2. Open a card’s Print label action, or select inventory and choose Print labels for a batch. A placed CSV import also offers Print labels for this import.
  3. If the printer is disconnected, choose Connect printer. In the browser’s device chooser, select your supported NIIMBOT printer. The app detects B1 or D110 from the device name.
  4. Review the rendered label preview and the detected model. Check that the card details are right and that the loaded label size matches the model above.
  5. Choose Print for a single label, or the batch print action for your selected inventory. Keep the page and printer connected while progress is shown.
  6. Check the first physical label before printing a large batch. Make sure its text is readable and its QR code scans.

If a print fails

Check the connection, label stock and the message shown in QRTCG. Reconnect if necessary. For a batch, review which items failed before retrying so you do not accidentally print extra copies of labels that already succeeded.

These instructions cover the app’s card-label printing flow and its currently registered printer models.
